Pastor Bob Korntved and his wife, Lynelle, accepted the call to Westview Methodist Church and Big Patch Primitive Methodist Church September of 2020. He has a heart for God to be glorified, for the Word of God and prayer, and for this city and university to come to the Lord.
Previous to the call, Bob served as a pastor in two Evangelical Free Churches and as an interim pastor in an Evangelical Free Church. He has worked at various other jobs during the course of his life, from factory to supervisory work, from custodial to document writing work, from farming to fast food work, from substitute teaching to clerical work. So he can relate to people from most walks of life.
His life verse is Habakkuk 1:5, "Look among the nations, and see; wonder and be astounded. For I am doing a work in your days that you would not believe if told."
